1. Definition

[Yo-yuan Technology Platform Services]Yo-yuan Technology is based on the Internet and provides various services to you in various forms including the Yo-yuan Technology platform website, client, etc. (including new service forms emerging from future technological development). 

[Same User]If the same identity authentication information is used or the actual controller of multiple Yo-yuan Technology accounts is determined to be the same person after investigation by Yo-yuan Technology, they are all regarded as the same user.

[Supplementary Agreement]Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms set out in this agreement signed by you and Yo-yuan Technology cannot completely list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and Yo-yuan Technology, and the existing agreements cannot guarantee that they are fully in line with future development. demand. 2. Account registration and use

[User Qualifications]Yo-yuan Technology platform users must be individuals who can sign legally binding contracts under applicable laws. Without limiting the foregoing provisions, our services will not be available to those under the age of 16 or be temporarily or indefinitely suspended. provided by users. If you do not have the aforesaid civil capacity suitable for your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law. Your Yo-yuan Technology account may not be transferred or sold to other parties, and Yo-yuan Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account according to its wishes. In addition, you also need to ensure that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws and regulations imposed by any country, international organization or region, otherwise you may not be able to register and use the services of the Yo-yuan Technology platform normally.

[Data filling]In order to ensure the normal operation of the transaction, users must provide true and valid personal information to the Yo-yuan Technology platform. If there is any change in the personal information, the website must be updated in time. Users of the Yo-yuan Technology platform agree to receive information from Yo-yuan Technology. If RYTON® determines that the use of your RYTON® account may endanger the security of your account and/or the information security of RYTON® platform, RYTON® may refuse to provide corresponding services or terminate this agreement. 

[Account transfer]Since the user account is associated with the user's credit information, you can transfer the account only if there are express provisions in the law, judicial rulings, or with the consent of Yo-yuan Technology, and in line with the user account transfer process stipulated by the Yo-yuan Technology platform. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will be transferred together. Except in addition, your account shall not be transferred in any way, otherwise the platform has the right to pursue your responsibility for breach of contract, and all the responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

You should update the information you provide in a timely manner. Under the circumstance that the law clearly requires Yo-yuan Technology as a platform service provider to verify the information of some users, Yo-yuan Technology will check and verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law. You should cooperate in providing up-to-date, true, complete and valid information.

If Yuan Technology fails to contact you according to the information you provided last time, you fail to provide information in a timely manner as required by Yuan Technology, the information you provide is obviously untrue, or the administrative and judicial organs verify that the information you provide is invalid, you will Bear all the losses and adverse consequences caused to you, others and Yo-yuan Technology. Yo-yuan Technology may issue an inquiry notice to you and require you to re-certify until it suspends or terminates the provision of some or all of Yo-yuan Technology's platform services, and Yo-yuan Technology is not responsible for this. 

[Account Safekeeping Obligation] Your account is set up for you and kept by you. Yo-yuan Technology will not actively ask you to provide your account password at any time. Therefore, it is recommended that you keep your account safe and ensure that you log out at the end of each internet period and leave the Yo-yuan Technology platform in the correct steps. Yo-yuan Technology is not responsible for the losses and consequences caused by your active disclosure of your account or because you are attacked or defrauded by others, and you should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels. 

[Accounts are responsible for their own behaviors]  Except for the fault of Yuanyuan Technology, you shall be responsible for all behavior results under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information, etc.). 

[Routine Maintenance Instructions] If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the Yo-yuan Technology platform or other situations that may cause your account to be stolen or lost, it is recommended that you notify Yo-yuan Technology immediately. You understand that it takes reasonable time for Yo-yuan Technology to take action on any of your requests, and the actions taken by Yo-yuan Technology at your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of infringement. Yo-yuan Technology is not responsible. 

3. Privacy 

The Yo-yuan Technology platform has a privacy statement that applies to all users and is incorporated into the user agreement. You should read and accept the Privacy Statement when registering to use the Yo-yuan Technology Platform, and you will continue to be bound by its provisions (any revisions to the Privacy Statement made by the Yo-yuan Technology Platform) during your time as a Yo-yuan Technology Platform user.

Yo-yuan Technology will send you various notices to one or some of your above contact information, and the content of such notices may have a significant favorable or unfavorable impact on your rights and obligations, please be sure to pay attention to it in time . 

You have the right to obtain commercial information such as advertising information, promotional offers and other commercial information that you are interested in through the mobile phone number or e-mail you filled in when you registered; Unsubscribe function to unsubscribe.

 [Delivery of notice] Yo-yuan Technology will notify you through the above contact information, among which the written notice sent electronically, including but not limited to announcements on the Yo-yuan Technology platform, sending SMS to the contact number provided to you, and email address provided to you Send e-mail, send system messages and in-site letter information to your account, and it will be deemed to have been delivered after it is sent successfully; a written notice sent in a paper carrier will be deemed to be the fifth natural day after delivery according to the contact address provided. for delivery. 

For any disputes arising from trading activities on the Yo-yuan Technology platform, you agree that judicial authorities (including but not limited to people's courts) may serve legal documents to you through modern communication methods such as mobile phone text messages, emails or station letters or by mail. The contact information such as the mobile phone number, e-mail or in-site letter that you designate to receive legal documents is the mobile phone number and e-mail contact information you provide when registering and updating the Yo-yuan Technology platform, and the member account generated when you register a Yo-yuan Technology user. You agree that the judicial authority may use one or more of the above delivery methods to deliver legal documents to you. The judicial authority may deliver legal documents to you by various methods. 

You agree that the above methods of service apply to each stage of the judicial process. Such as entering the proceedings, including but not limited to the first instance, second instance, retrial, enforcement and supervision procedures. 

You should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate, valid and updated in real time. If the contact information provided is inaccurate, or the changed contact information is not notified in time, the legal documents cannot be delivered or are not delivered in time, you shall be responsible for the legal consequences that may arise therefrom. 

8. Termination of the Agreement

[User-Initiated Termination] You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways: 

(1) You cancel your account through the customer service of the website when you meet the conditions for canceling your Yo-yuan Technology account; 

(2) Before the changes take effect, you stop using and expressly do not want to accept the changes; 

(3) You expressly do not want to continue to use the Yo-yuan Technology platform services and meet the Yo-yuan Technology termination conditions. 

[Termination initiated by Yo-yuan Technology] In the following circumstances, Yo-yuan Technology may notify you to terminate this Agreement in the manner listed in Article 8 of this Agreement: 

(1) You violate this agreement and Yo-yuan Technology terminates this agreement in accordance with the breached clauses; 

(2) You embezzle other people's accounts, publish prohibited information, defraud others, sell counterfeit goods, disrupt market order, or use improper means to make profits, and Yo-yuan Technology seals up your account according to the Yo-yuan Technology platform rules; 

(3) In addition to the above circumstances, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the Yo-yuan Technology platform rules and the circumstances are serious, Yo-yuan Technology has sealed up your account according to the Yo-yuan Technology platform rules; 

(4) Other circumstances in which the service should be terminated. 

9. Processing after the termination of the agreement 

[User Information Disclosure] After the termination of this agreement, except as expressly provided by law, Yo-yuan Technology is not obliged to disclose any information in your account to you or a third party you designate. 

[Rights of Yo-yuan Technology] After the termination of this agreement, the Yo-yuan Technology platform still enjoys the following rights: 

(1) Continue to save all kinds of information you have retained on the Yo-yuan Technology platform; 

(2) For your past breach of contract, Yo-yuan Technology can still hold you accountable for breach of contract in accordance with this Agreement. X. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction and Others 

[Applicable Law] The conclusion, entry into force, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China; if there are no relevant provisions in the law, business practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to. 

[Jurisdiction] Any disputes arising from your use of the Yo-yuan Technology platform services and related to the Yo-yuan Technology platform services shall be resolved by Yo-yuan Technology and you through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where the Yo-yuan Technology Platform is located. 

[Severability] If any clause of this agreement is deemed to be void, invalid or unenforceable, the clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this agreement.
